• You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

• Ambient sounds used in the app are either royalty-free, used under license, or user-provided. Any misuse or redistribution of these assets is prohibited.

6. Open Source Notice

Whispen may contain open-source components. Each component is subject to its own license, which may differ from this agreement.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes shall constitute your consent to the new terms.
